2000
Francesco was awarded a scholarship to study at the Balletto di Toscana School directed by Cristina Bozzolini and the Opus Ballet School directed by Rosanna Brocanello, in Florence, Italy.

2001
He joined the Balletto di Toscana Junior Company where he performed as the lead in works by Fabrizio Monteverde, Orazio Messina, Rosanna Brocanello, Arianna Benedetti, Daniel Tinazzi and Alessandro Bigonzetti.

2003-2005
He joined the Stuttgart Ballet in Germany.

2005 -2007
He joined the Aterballetto as a soloist, directed by Mauro Bigonzetti in Italy.

From 2008,  he began working as a professional freelance dancer, performing in TV shows, musicals and a number of galas.

2011
He was invited to take up the position of principal dancer for the Emox Balletto company directed by Beatrice Paoleschi. Of particular note were his performances as Count Leicester in Maria Stuarda and as “Achilles” in Achilles and Penthesilea.

2013
He was invited to take up the position of principal dancer for the Emox Balletto company directed by Beatrice Paoleschi.

2014
He was invited to take up the position of principal dancer for the Naupaca Dance Factory company in Malta, performing as Virgil in La Divina Commedia by Joeline Tabone.

2015-2016
He joined the Tanz Compagnie of the Stadts Theater Giessen (Germany) as a soloist.

2016
He joined Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo directed by Jean-Christophe Maillot. He danced the role of The Queen (The word of the Prince) in La Belle and Oberon in Le Songe.

Other projects

He organises galas in Italy, bringing together dancers such as Jason Reilly, Alicia Amatriain, Marijn Rademaker, Alexander Jones, Giuseppe Picone, and Iana Salenko (Gubbio 2010, 2011, Riccione 2012, Bastia Umbra 2013).
